Best Car Buying ExperianceI Ever Had
In all my 72 yrs and 50 plus of buying cars I have Never had such a good experience as We did at Franklin Motors. The Staff was Great and went out of their way through out the whole buying process. The owner Rocky, finance Bailey and my sales person Paul gave us the absolute best process ever . No pressure for warranty no pressure at all. EXCELLENT SERVICE
I found a Dodge truck that I wanted to purchase and was there at 10:00 and the deal was closed and we were on our way home with our Dodge at Noon. Bailey was awesome she walked us through the process and got us the best financing. If you are looking for a great deal and great service go down to Franklin Auto and ask for Bailey she'll treat you right.

Great experience
I was generally hesitant to buy a used car after reading and hearing horror stories. My father and I went to look at a 2013 Mazda 6 that was right in my price range to purchase. Wanted to sleep on it, but put down a small refundable deposit anyways. Shortly after, I got Covid and was not able to come look at the car when I had intended. Rocky and his team were very pleasant and easy to work with. Overall very happy with the experience and the car runs great. Thank you!

efficient work ; no promising just for a sale and money … I've worked with the company for a quite a few months. They are extremely patient with customers even waited with me as i worked on building credit! Glenda is extremely exceptional at the level of customer service she provides! I'm in my dream car because of them. join the team guys !

Glenda and Rocky are Super Heroes
Let me just start by saying that this dealership not only have so many beautiful cars but the process and the Staffing is absolutely the best and you can experience I'm on by my second car from Franklin Motors the first time I bought from them was 6 months ago but I just got into an accident and the car was totaled out so I went back to Franklin Motors to pick something else out and within three days I could have driven off the lot with my brand new car Glenda is so amazing she is always so helpful weather in person or on the phone between Howard and the owner Rocky they make the experience there first class service the day I went to go pick up my vehicle myself and my husband everything was going very well until we tried to register the car and I owe back taxes one of my vehicles of course I can't tell you how disappointed me and my husband bar hear this news we only had enough money for the down payment because it was very unexpected and we had not planned on having to finance another vehicle well to make a long story short explain to Glenda. We'll leave the down payment would not be able to pick the car up for probably 2 weeks when my husband gets paid again I left there in 2 years Glenda and Rocky took $500 off the down payment so I can go and use that money to pay my taxes that is what type of dealership this place is customers are the most important things to them the pricing is unbelievably awesome and I would also like to give a shout out to the guys that do the detailing on the cars it is absolutely play perfectly perfect it feels like you're getting inside a brand new car just delivered to a lot thank you me and my husband would love to thank you so much Glenda and Rocky you guys are my superheroes I recommend you to everyone that I know Franklin Motors make dreams come true if you want it they will make a way for you to get and what a beautiful lot of cars they have Mercedes Mustangs Acura they have it all best regards Sherry and Robert

Fantastic!
I found the car I was looking for, a Jaguar XE, in R-Sport, and diesel. It had low miles, and looked great! This is a fairly rare car in this spec., and the price was more than right. I decided that I would take the trip from Virginia to Connecticut (a nine-hour drive), to test drive it, and likely buy it. That is how confident I was in this car! However, I must say, I was just as impressed with Frankiln Motors excellent customer service, and responsiveness to my questions. They went way out of their way to help assist me in viewing the car and making a possible purchase. In the end, I did purchase the Jaguar, and have been very happy with it! But I cannot further emphasize, the friendly, dependable service I received from Franklin Motors, in particular from Glenda and Rocky. If you are on the fence about dealing with an Independent Dealership, I can assure you, I received better care from Franklin Motors than most Factory Dealerships!

Getting a car nowadays is a real gamble. I went to a few places in the Hartford Area one morning and honestly nobody had anything to my liking. I walked into this Lot on Franklin Ave and my car was right in front of me. The staff was great, and Gladys was definitely on her job. She sold me. Anybody looking for a good vehicle at a good rate , give this lot a try first.

New Buyer
I was recommended to buy a car from Franklin’s Auto from friends who have also bought cars here. It was a good choice comparing it to my previous purchace from an unprofessional place. The was the salesmen treat you is very respectful and original. I am pleased with the car i took home with me. The prices are good and the cars they have are elegant and clean. I like their variety of vehicles. This place deserves a good 5 star rating. I highly recommend Franklin’s Auto.

Pick up truck
I never gave a review before and i bought a lot of cars and trucks from many different dealers.i never liked small dealers, when i was looking for a used pick up truck i looked around on the CarGurus and saw some pick ups i liked, when i went to look at them they were awful not what they looked like from the pictures they posted. I thought that all these small dealers were the same so why bother looking anymore, then i came across Franklin Autos add and saw a pick up i liked so i figured i give it one more shot, when i called them they called me back within 10 min. and asked me if i want to come down to look at it i figured what the heck i'm not that far away so i went down to take a look, to my amazement it looked like it did in the picture, clean in and out, took it for a test drive and it ran great. the price was a little more then i wanted to spend but it was well worth it, as i was looking at around at the rest of the cars on the lot were all as neat and clean as the truck i was buying, the people there are the best, anytime i plan on buying a car or truck i will look no further then Franklin Auto i would recommend them very highly

Disappointing
My husband and I bout a Audi from Franklin motors. At the time I was happy with the customer service we received that was until I brought the car to Audi to be serviced. We found out the car had over 9,000.00 worth of work dating back 5 years. I had only owned the car a year and a half . I had to trade the car into a different dealership and get a new car after paying 14,000.00 for this Audi. I called to cancel the extended warranty, did all my paperwork and was told I would have to wait 30 -45 days for a refund. It has now been 4 months and i am getting the complete run around from the owner of Franklin motors and the warranty company. They continue to put the blame on each other and now I can not even reach anyone at Fast lane after leaving several messages. I would beware of making a purchase with this dealership.

The owner was so nice and attentive, very helpful and honest when it came to finding a car for my family. He guide us through the financing process very patiently. I was very surprised because most people at car dealership are all about Making money but for him it was finding a car that we need. We appreciate everything, I will be coming back.

These are good people…..
We looked for a car for well over a month, salesman Jasko stood out from all others we spoke to. He responded very quickly to questions and was very courteous. Owner Rocky was much the same. He has a large number of vehicles in stock. Both were very low key and there wasn't a hint of pressure from either one. The 2011 Venza we bought was prepped to look like new. I was a salesmen trainer for over 30 years so can say with confidence that these gentlemen did everything right.

Mercedes bluetec 2008
I recently purchase a low miles Diesel Mercedes off these guys. I've been trying to find a low miles clean car fax diesel for some time. Anyone that knows diesels know they are usually driven quite a bit because of their fuel Efficiency. So I was extremely pleased to show this on Car Gurus with low miles and just two previous owners. I spotted the car the night before a 10 day vacation to Florida. E mailed the dealer and while waiting to board the plane the following morning had a call from Rocky. He gave me a brief overview of the car and texted the car fax report. I explained I was on way to Florida and would get back to him that evening when I got my I pad and wi-if. As it happens I didn't get a chance to get back to him that evening but the next morning, Saturday. Told him I liked the car and would he hold it for me. $500 deposit taken over the phone and he would hold the car. Later that week he called to tell me that DMV is not open in Connecticut on Mondays and he needed a copy of my license to get a temporary Tag. Said if I didn't like the car he would pay for Tag. Long story short got there Monday afternoon and went for a ride. The car rides like new. He had all the paperwork in order and it was a smooth transaction. They have a number of cars on the lot and all seemed clean and ready to roll . My wife loves the car and hope for many miles of happy motoring. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. after 2 weeks of searching for a vehicle. and to many bad experiences to go into ...i found franklin auto sales online ..they had the vehicle i wanted.. i made the call and was immediately impressed by the candid and informative conversation with the owner..i made the drive to Hartford.. selection and quality of vehicles is superb.. ! extremely happy with my purchase . definitely check them out if you are in the market for a quality used car...

result of purchase of Camry from Franklin Motors.
We cannot recommend this dealer highly enough. He sold us a 2011 Toyota Camry in excellent condition. The interior and exterior were like a new car. We had the car checked by our regular mechanic and it passed with flying colors. The dealer did several extra things for us like working on the brakes, new windshield washers etc. We would not hesitate to recommend this dealer. I would give him 5 stars.

Great Experience
I purchased my Nissan Maxima from Franklin Auto and I must say through all the cars I have purchased over time this was by far the best experience. I traveled over 50 miles to the dealer and he stayed open late and made sure I was comfortable through the whole experience. They offer great cars and the service crew is great and responsive. I would suggest calling Paul or Rocky and they will get you into the car you want with great terms and wonderful service.
